Preparation Time : 5 mn – Boiling Time : 10 mn
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/8 cup of Dijon mustard (Click here to buy online)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1/ Boil eggs for 10 mn.
2/ Remove eggs from hot water and allow to cool on a plate. Take shell off.
3/ Cut eggs in 2 and put the yolks in a bowl.
4/ Stir yolks with mayonnaise.
5/ Add salt and pepper.
6/ Refill eggs with the mixture.
